My background in cellular and molecular biology taught me to form hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret data. These skills transfer directly to user research. I made the leap to design through the Designlab UX Academy and six IxDF certifications covering HCI, mobile UX, and usability testing.
At Hypeal B.V., I was the sole designer on a Shopify loyalty platform backed by ABN AMRO and Techstars. I shipped merchant dashboards, VIP cards, payment flows, upsell pop-ups, and retention features, all in weekly sprint cycles with direct developer handoff.
Now I'm looking for my next challenge. I integrate AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Claude into my workflow, specialize in payment and fintech UX, and bring the same ownership mentality to every product I touch.
